3 Age Verification

299beta is an adults-only platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use any of 299beta's services. A national ID or passport may be requested to verify age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

• Accounts created with a false age will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Using or selling another person's account.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

299beta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.
